John Njihia – Executive Chairman

Mr Njihia is a promoter and executive Chairman of Wall Street Investments since 2006. He has been very instrumental in the business start-up and sourcing the embroidery and knitting machines from abroad.

He is also a director of Orua Investments, an investment company that was established in 2003 with the main objectives of investing in quoted shares and land. He is also a director of Wallmart Investments that deals in quoted shares and land banks.

Mr. Njihia is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sumac Microfinance Bank. He previously worked with UAP Group as the Finance & Administration Manager since 2007. Prior to joining UAP, he was a Deputy Divisional Director – Finance & Administration at Eagle Africa Insurance Brokers Ltd for 13 years. He also worked at Pan Africa Insurance for 2 years as a Graduate Trainee.

He holds an MBA (Finance) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA(K)) and Certified Public Secretary of Kenya (CPS(K)). He is a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPAK) and has attended numerous courses on leadership, personal effectiveness, strategy, corporate & deferred tax, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) among others.

    Wall Street is broken down into three divisions, which are mainly Uniform Production, Animal Feeds and Human Food production and export..
